Do you offer discount for multiple bookings?

Yes, we provide a 10% discount to any secondary bookings.
Do you provide props?

At 360 Perspective we offer an all inclusive service 😁 Not only do we provide essentials props like bubble machine guns, funky hats and signposts, we also include 4 corner RGB LED lighting to light up your 360 experience at no extra cost!. Our platforms also come with a powerful ring lamp, with adjustable colour temperatures so you can choose the right atmosphere for you. Rest assured, you can say goodbye to dark, blurry and noisy footages!
What camera do you use?

Broaden your horizons with the GoPro HERO11 Black. The large sensor means you can capture more. You can shoot ultra-sharp 5.3K resolution video (which is a ridiculous 91% more than 4K) at a super smooth 60 fps. Not forgetting epic 27-megapixel photos that are packed with fine details, realistic textures, and impressive contrast. Award-winning HyperSmooth 5.0 stabilisation makes sure even the shakiest footage comes out silky smooth. And when you want to slow things down, the powerful processor can handle 8x Slo-Mo at 2.7K.
Can you deliver 4K video?

360 Perspective Photo Booth uses the best equipment and camera systems to deliver you with high quality footage. Both our GoPro Hero 11 and Iphone 14 Pro have 4K capability, giving you the best consumer usable resolution available.
How do I book?

To book your 360 photo booth, at 360 Perspective you just need to choose your package, and send us an enquiry with your date, time, event type and any extras you want. We will send you a tailored quote, and provide you with your payment options, which include online payment and cash payment. A deposit (50%) is required to secure your date and a confirmation email will be sent once we've received your payment.
What is the payment plan?

To secure your 360 platform with 360 Perspective Photo Booth, you need to send your deposit payment at the time of booking. If you want to pay the full amount at this time, you can do so. If you wish to pay the remaining balance at later time, you can do so, however please note, all payments must be completed 24 hours before your event. If you fail to do so, you will unfortunately, forfeit your reservation. We know how much planning went into your event, and forfeiting your booking is the last thing we would want to do. Good thing is, we've never been put in a position to do so.
I need to change my event date or time, what do i do?

Please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your booking time and date, we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We hate to see you leave, so please let us know if we can do anything to change your mind. Booking cancellations are refunded in full if you cancel more than 1 month in advance. A partial refund is provided if you cancel within 1 month of your event date. Any bookings cancelled by 360 Perspective due to unforeseen circumstances will be offered a full refund. We love our customers and respect our booking confirmations, any decision to cancel from our side is taken with full consideration and is our last option. For the inconvenience, our team will work with you to find a replacement 360 platform provider to cover your event.
I have, a female only event, can I request a female team?

At 360 Perspective Photo Booth, we have a versatile team of professionals including males and females. Each one of us is trained to provide excellent customer service, and utilise the 360 platform. If you need an all female team for an all female event, please notify us at the time of booking and we will advise you if this can be delivered based on our teams availability.
